Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your service or require rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

  • No-shows and late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.

Deposits & Payments

  • Select services require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.

  • All balances are due at the time of service.

  • We accept major Zelle, eGift cards, and cash.

eGift Cards

  • eGift cards are non-refundable and may be used for services or in-studio product purchases.

  • Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for deposits.

  • Promotional gift cards (discounted offers) may have expiration dates.

Service Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on completed services.

  • If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult and remain seated outside of studio in waiting chairs during the service due to restriction of space.

Product Returns

  • All product sales are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges.

  • All sales on hair extensions, treatments, or sale items are final.

Photos & Social Media

  • We may request to take before/after photos for social media or portfolio use. You’ll always be asked for permission.

Studio Etiquette

  • Please silence your phone and be mindful of the relaxing atmosphere.

  • Mis Raíces Studio reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior.
