Appointments & Cancellations

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your service or require rescheduling.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

No-shows and late cancellations may result in a fee or loss of deposit.
Deposits & Payments

Select services require a non-refundable deposit to hold your appointment.

All balances are due at the time of service.

We accept major Zelle, eGift cards, and cash.
eGift Cards

eGift cards are non-refundable and may be used for services or in-studio product purchases.

Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to pay for deposits.

Promotional gift cards (discounted offers) may have expiration dates.
Service Policy

We do not offer refunds on completed services.

If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 3 days of your appointment so we can make it right.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult and remain seated outside of studio in waiting chairs during the service due to restriction of space.
Product Returns

All product sales are final, no returns, refunds or exchanges.

All sales on hair extensions, treatments, or sale items are final.
Photos & Social Media

We may request to take before/after photos for social media or portfolio use. You’ll always be asked for permission.
